Matt Coyne is the President of Brandywine Mergers and Acquisitions in Malvern PA. Brandywine is a leading M&A Advisory Firm helping owners evaluate and execute the sale of their businesses. Their expertise is in representing manufacturing, service, and distribution companies with sales from $1M to $100M.Matt is a graduate of the University of Vermont and GE’s Financial Management Program. His corporate experience includes financial management positions at GE Medical Systems - Europe, GE Appliances, Fisher Scientific, and Precision Castparts. He was General Manager at the AETC Precision Casting Facility in Leeds, England. This$55M business manufactured complex castings from nickel based super-alloys for aerospace and industrial power generation markets worldwide. Matt also holds a Master of Arts Degree in Theology from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary and serves St. Joseph Parish in Downingtown, PA as a Permanent Deacon. Matt and his wife Lisa have seven children and live in West Chester, PA.
